Short Shipments & Wrong Orders - Mistakes on Our Part

If any item is short delivered and has been charged for, Lavender-Blu will cover the cost of freight in sending the goods to you as soon as possible.

If you are shipped the wrong item by mistake, or the item you received is damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, we will pay the cost to ship that item back to us, or send a courier to pickup the item at our expense.

We will re-ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.

Please Note: Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, unless the return is a result of our error.

Return Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Lavender-Blu. It is our aim to offer you value and quality. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 10 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging, together with the receipt.

If you would like to return an item, please call us at +905-320-8995 to obtain a return authorization, and instructions on how to send your shipment back. Returns will not be refunded without a previously issued return authorization from our office.

When sending an item(s) back, please note (on the original packing slip), which item(s) you are returning, and whether the item(s) is: a) unopened or b) used. In cases where you have had an allergic reaction, please note on the packing slip brief details of the allergic reaction you experienced, and which products you reacted to.

Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.

Please Note: If you are returning an item because of an error on our part we will be happy to refund all delivery charges incurred. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

Unfortunately, we can only issue a refund or credit. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the above procedure to return it and receive a refund, and place a new order for the new items you want.

Sending Your Return

Please ensure that your return goods are packaged safely, since we are unable to offer refunds on returns that have been damaged in any way during transit. We cannot accept liability for packages lost or damaged during transit, therefore you are advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
